Rock Paper Extensions – Return & Refund Policy

At Rock Paper Extensions, we’re committed to delivering high-quality, luxury extensions that you’ll love. We stand behind our products and want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something doesn’t feel quite right, we’re here to help—within the guidelines below.
✦ Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of your delivery date. To qualify, the item must meet the following criteria:
- Never worn, installed, altered, or styled
- Still in original packaging with tags and hygiene seals intact
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
Start your return by emailing us at Rockpaperextensions@gmail.com. Once we approve your return, we’ll provide the address and next steps. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
✦ Where to Send Returns
Once approved, returns should be sent to:

(Returns sent to any other address will be rejected.)
We’ll also provide a return shipping label and full instructions to make the process easy.
✦ Wrong or Damaged Orders
If you receive the wrong item or something arrives damaged, please email us at Rockpaperextensions@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your package. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can make it right as quickly as possible.
✦ Items That Can’t Be Returned
Because of the intimate nature of our products, some items aren’t eligible for return:
- Opened, used, or installed hair
- Custom orders or anything personalized
- Discounted/sale items
- Gift cards
- Beauty or personal care items
- Anything not in original packaging or missing tags/seals
If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out—we’re always happy to clarify.
✦ Want to Exchange Instead?
We don’t offer direct exchanges at this time. The quickest way to get something new is to return the item (if eligible), then place a new order once the return is approved.
✦ Orders Shipped to the EU
If your order was shipped to an EU country, you’re entitled to a 14-day cancellation window from the day your order was delivered—no reason required. The product must be unused, in original packaging, and meet all other return conditions listed above.
✦ Refund Timing
Once we’ve received your return and inspected it, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Banks and credit card companies may take extra time to reflect the refund. If it’s been more than 15 business days since we approved your return and you haven’t received your refund, email us at Rockpaperextensions@gmail.com and we’ll look into it right away.
